PCDIR was writtten to fill a gap in Procomm Plus (DOS) ver 2.0x. There was no way to move dialing directory entries to/from other dialing directories. If you use numerous dialing directories this can become a problem.  Thus PCDIR was born. PCDIR is a Procomm Plus 2.x (DOS) Dialing Directory Tool.  It allows use to manage multiple dialing directories, move entries from one directory to another.
